Riverside has started a 'Teacher Certification' programme to train teachers in becoming Apprentice, Professional and Master teachers.  This is a 1/2 year course which includes modules of contact and web sessions as well as observation and practice teaching.

Riverside School is also offering the School Leadership Program since June 2008.  Schools from around Gujarat and Bhutan have identified leaders who attend sessions at Riverside. This program focuses on developing the skills necessary to build an environment where high quality student learning is achieved.
